Join us for a nourishing morning in our pop-up studio in Aarhus as we gather to move, connect, and welcome the spring season.
We begin with a 60-minute fiery Vinyasa yoga practice guided by Vanessa, created to energise the body, build heat, and create presence through breath and movement.
After practice, we gather around the table for a breakfast bowl and hojicha prepared by Pernille. A moment to nourish the body and connect.
Later in the morning, we continue with a 60-minute mat Pilates session led by Vanessa, focusing on strength, control, and mindful movement.
Following the class, Pernille will serve freshly made pastries and iced hojicha to enjoy in the beautiful studio surroundings.
