SELVA YOGA TRIP - 5 DAYS IN THE AMAZON
Travel to Brazil: a complex and unique blend of ethnicities, tastes, sounds, and landscapes, all combined into one vibrant destination.
It is here that forests and rivers merge into the world's richest biodiversity. It is here that ancient cultures pulsate and live through generations.
Brazil will steal your heart with its warm people, exuberant nature, and lively energy.
The Amazon rainforest is the world's largest intact tropical rainforest,
and an impressive 60 percent of its total landmass lies within Brazil. It is located in the Amazon River basin and is the richest and most biodiverse place on the planet. Over three million species of flora and fauna call this breathtaking reservoir of life their home.
The Selva Yoga Trip is your opportunity to go somewhere where
nature still reigns and lives freely in the wild, while you work towards self-development
through yoga and meditation practices.
The trip is organized by Marina Bergmann, who was born and raised in Brazil, and will be responsible for organization, communication, and translation with the locals during the retreat.
Marina lives half the year in Bali and the other half in Brazil – in both places, she has hosted retreats with participants from all over the world in recent years.
Her own yoga journey began in 2019 when she was initially drawn to the physical aspect of the practice. But as she delved deeper into the philosophy and spiritual aspects of yoga, she discovered a whole new world of possibilities for growth and transformation. Marina is certified in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga by the Yin Yang Vinyasa Yoga School, and in Meditation by Yoga Union Bali.
